On Friday, August 16th in front of hundreds of industry participants at a gala dinner held at the Movenpick Hotel, Westlands, Apex Steel Ltd walked away from the 2nd Annual Real Estate Excellence Awards with the title, Best Concrete Reinforcement Steel Supplier.

According to the latest Real Estate index, in the last 5 years, the real estate sector in Kenya has seen exponential growth. This has been the result of the combined efforts by various players and stakeholders in the sector from land agents, property developers, property consultants, real estate related suppliers and the government.
The award winners were decided partly by a public vote (20%) and a judging panel (80%).
